Patricia will discuss the voice she used in Sun Dogs and Yellowcake (a narrative nonfiction work about a Cold War uranium mining town in Northern Canada) and how that carried into her self-publishing decision. Sun Dogs won 2 international awards and was shortlisted for 2 Canadian awards.
