Would you like to know more about grant opportunities with the BC Arts Council? Walter Quan from the BC Arts Council will be presenting his seminar and answering your questions on August 23, at 2:30 PM. It will be held at the Mary Winspear Center in Sidney, BC. Coffee and tea will be served, and a nominal fee will be asked of participants to cover the room rental.
